If you are interested in joining the NCAA’s Service Provider Registry, please complete the form at the below link and attest that all NCAA policies will be adhered to while providing services for student-athletes.

Division I Bylaw 22 (Name, Image and Likeness) can be found here. Further information on NCAA Division I legislation is available here. Questions regarding NCAA legislation should be directed to the athletics compliance office at the student-athlete’s institution.

Here are sample contract terms and provisions that service providers are attesting to include in contracts governing NIL activities. Explanation should be provided in cases where the service provider and student-athlete elect not to include the term(s).
